Return / Cancellation

Order cancellation is not available once an order has been placed.


Replacement / Exchange

Replacement is not supported for products with no variants in size or fitting. Hair accessories will come under this category. All clothing products have replacement/exchange supported if eligibility criteria are met.

We have a 10-day replacement policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Replacement should be if the product does not meet expectations as stated on our product page or in case of issues with fitting and size differing from the measurement provided.


To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Our order confirmation email and order id can also be used for the same.

To initiate a replacement, you can contact us. We will set up a call with you and after inspecting the status of the product confirm the replacement request. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted. We will also confirm with you before sending the product again with pictures/videos that it meets your expectations for a replacement.

In the case of personalized products, custom settings can not be changed as part of a replacement. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be replaced, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods, and hair accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds 

Refunds can be provided in special cases if we are not able to provide you with a replacement. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
