No returns after delivery. Many of our pieces are handmade or personalised to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges once your order has been delivered.
Cancelling a shipped order. If you cancel after your order has shipped but before it’s delivered, we’ll refund the order amount minus the one-way shipping charge.
Cancelling before shipping. You’ll get a 100% refund. We usually ship within 24 hours (1–3 business days during busy periods), so this window is short.
